About Me
Rooted in the
symbolic & sacred
I am a diploma candidate, training in psychoanalysis at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich. My work is rooted in classical Jungian analysis, yet extends into the symbolic and the sacred.
I believe that healing occurs when we remember who we are beneath the layers of conditioning.
I bring to this work a 30-year career in education — as a teacher, curriculum consultant, and administrator — alongside a Master's Degree and a doctorate in Education. Retirement then opened up a journey into this work, which began with a personal search for meaning and has evolved into 4+ years of attending lectures, seminars, workshops, and conferences at the C. G. Jung Institute, which continues going forward. The Institute provides ongoing training and case supervision, overseeing the establishment of a professional practice that is rooted in empathy, insight, and transformation.

Founder of Analytical Psychology
Carl Gustav Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology. His work explored the depths of the human psyche, introducing concepts like the collective unconscious, archetypes, and individuation — the process of becoming one's true self.
Jung believed that the unconscious mind is not merely a repository of repressed desires, but a rich source of wisdom and creativity. He saw dreams, myths, and symbols as expressions of universal patterns he called archetypes, which shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Jung's ideas have influenced not only psychology, but also art, literature, religion, and even quantum physics. His legacy continues to inspire those seeking deeper meaning and transformation in their lives.

My Approach

In my practice, I use tools like dream analysis, active imagination, and sandplay to help clients uncover hidden patterns and integrate them into conscious awareness. By understanding our unconscious, we can live more authentically and with greater freedom.
Dream Analysis
Dreams are the language of the unconscious. Together, we work to decode the symbols and narratives your psyche presents each night, revealing deeper truths about your inner life.
Active Imagination
A method of engaging directly with the images and figures of the unconscious — a dialogue between the conscious mind and the deeper self that can unlock profound insight.
Sandplay
An in-person process of creating scenes in a sand tray — navigating the terrain of the unconscious through symbol and image, beyond the limitations of language alone.
